Prátaí means potatoes in Irish and our new pizza gourmet has 3 different layers of potatoes: a base of mashed sweet potatoes, baked rooster potatoes in the oven and homemade chips purple potato chips.  Our special is topped with chilli flakes, rosemary and a homemade vegetarian local cheddar cream or a vegan cheeze cheddar cream
