Sangiovese, Montepulciano. Red. Big, rich red fruit intergrated and balanced with tannins which ends with a lingering taste and a great finish.

Primitivo. Red. The name Primitivo refers to its early ripening, harvested earlier than the other Apulian grapes. Genetically similar to the American Zinfandel, this is a wine with lots of ripe cherry flavours, and a subtle background of pepper and liquorice. Short ageing in stainless steel with no oak, preserves the lovely fresh flavours.

Ciù Ciù Oris - Falerio DOP
Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino. White. The depth of flavour in this wine comes from the beautiful blend of indigenous grapes, grown at 300 metres on the hills of Ascoli Piceno which preserves fragrance. The grapes are hand-harvested and reach the cantina immediately after.

San Simone Case Sugan - Pinot Grigio Ramato
Pinot Grigio. White. Ramato means copper, which is the colour of traditional Pinot Grigio. it is made and fermented with skin contact. Ramato is an elegant wine that is truly more copper than orange. Stone fruit, with a hint of nuttiness and great acidity.

Castellari Bergaglio Salluvii - Gavi DOCG
Cortese. White. Marco Bergaglio has beautiful sloping plots in his 12 hectare property, ensuring good exposure, while crucially retaining the characteristic crispiness associated with Gavi. The grapes are grown without chemicals, on 80 years old vines, and after hand-harvested, they are brought to the cantina within an hour to preserve freshness. The slow fermentation takes up to 20 days, fined in bottle for 5-6 months, giving great body to this luscious and lively wine.

Barbera 'Brich', DOC Piemonte - Agricola Gaia
Barbera. Red. Brich is a wonderful Barbera, grown on the hills of Monferrato in Piemonte. On the palate, the wine feels free, natural and fresh with crunchy black fruit. This wine is full-bodied and richly layered with juicy cherry and blueberry ending with elegant, earthy notes. Brich saw a short 12-hour maceration in concrete vats, 70% destemmed, fermentation with native yeasts, aged in concrete vats for 9 months, neither fined nor filtered and a mere 2mg of SO2 added at bottling.

Vino Nato Disobbediente ( 1 litre )
Corvinone, Molinara. Red. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, with a light pressing to
extract only the free-run juice. The brief maceration takes place for 5-6 days with pumping over twice a
day, the fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts. The wine is subsequently aged in concrete tanks
for several months with natural malolactic fermentation.Very light filtration, no fining and no sulphur is used
during vinification. A litre of pure joy!

Filippi, Soave Colli Scaligeri DOC ‘Monteseroni’
Garganega. White. This medium-bodied wine feels enticing and intense, with notes of apricot and
yellow plum, almonds, baked apple. It grows complexity and intensity with air. ‘Monteseroni’ is also the
name of the mountain; in local dialect, it means “the mountain of wild roosters.” Hand-harvested, pressed
gently, fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Cold settling,
unfined, unfiltered.
