Le Vigne di Sammarco - Primitivo di Manduria DOP
Primitivo. Organic. The name Primitivo refers to its early ripening, harvested earlier than the other Apulian
grapes. Genetically similar to the American Zinfandel, this is a wine with lots of ripe cherry flavours, and a
subtle background of pepper and liquorice. Short ageing in stainless steel with no oak, preserves the lovely
fresh flavours.

Sangiovese, Montepulciano. Organic. Big, rich red fruit integrated and balanced with tannins which ends with a lingering taste and a great finish.

Dolcetto. Byodinamic.Vino Rosso Dosset is a fresh and light red wine with expression of red berries, red fruits, and black berries. Fruity, lively, yet charming attack, with flavours of blueberries, raspberries, finish marked by juicy and fleshy notes.

Bodoli - Merlot
Bodoli. Organic. Here, Arrigo Bidoli gives us an Italian take on Merlot from the cooler climate of Friuli Grave. There are mouth-watering flavours of ripe red cherries in this medium-bodied wine. Tannins are restrained enough for Bidoli Merlot to be enjoyable with or without food.

Les Oliviers -Les Vignerons d'Estezargue
Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. Natural. Made from organically-grown Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. Ripe black and red fruit aromas with typical Southern Garrigue and pepper notes. Lovely softness in the mouth with velvety tannins and confit fruits building across the palate, hints of tobacco and leather and a nice streak of acidity from the Syrah as well as some spicy blackcurrant fruit. Delicious and comforting.

Ciù Ciù Oris - Falerio DOP
Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino. Organic. The depth of flavour in this wine comes from the
beautiful blend of indigenous grapes, grown at 300 metres on the hills of Ascoli Piceno which preserves
fragrance. The grapes are hand-harvested and reach the cantina immediately after.

San Simone Case Sugan - Pinot Grigio Ramato
Pinot Grigio. Organic. Ramato means copper, which is the colour of traditional Pinot Grigio. it is made and fermented with skin contact. Ramato is an elegant wine that is truly more copper than orange. Stone fruit, with a hint of nuttiness and great acidity.

Castellari Bergaglio Salluvii - Gavi DOCG
Cortese. Organic. Marco Bergaglio has beautiful sloping plots in his 12 hectare property, ensuring good
exposure, while crucially retaining the characteristic crispiness associated with Gavi. The grapes are grown
without chemicals, on 80 years old vines, and after hand-harvested, they are brought to the cantina within an
hour to preserve freshness. The slow fermentation takes up to 20 days, fined in bottle for 5-6 months, giving
great body to this luscious and lively wine.

Grillo. Organic. Fresh, quite soft and fruity. Seductive, floral and fruity qualities of white fish enriched by pleasant sensations of aromatic herbs and citrus notes typical of its terroir. Straw yellow in colour, clear and bright.

Voria Rosato Pet Nat - Sparkling Rosato
Perricone. Natural. Voria Rosato, Porta del Vento comes from the very little-known Perricone grape. Hazy, cloudy appearance, lively and zippy, ripe strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit and citrus character. This is a light, deliciously fresh sparkling wine. The organically grown grapes are harvested by hand in small crates. Not filtered and not disgorged hence its inviting cloudy appearance.
